Ash is a light  coloured timber, white to pinky cream or brown. It is very durable and is excellent for virtually all furniture. For smaller rooms particularly, Ash will give a sense of lightness and space. On grounds of cost it comes as a pleasant surprise to learn that Ash is not, at this time, a particularly expensive timber, so one can have a super looking office/study or bedroom without breaking the bank !.
